She has to return to Earth to solve her sister’s murder but when the murderer returns to the Moon, she follows him. She is appointed Lieutenant Governor of the Moon. While she battles for control of the Moon she arranges liaisons between entrepreneurs on the Moon and homeless people on Earth.

About the Author:
Wallace Provost was born in Springfield, MA in 1929. He spent most of his life as an electronic technician. Provost built 5 television stations, worked on computer controlled plants, robots, computers. He returned to school when he was 45 and earned a Bachelors degree and Masters degree in Philosophy and Sociology. Provost then taught both subjects for fifteen years. He has published books and papers on sociology and philosophy. When he retired at 82 years old, he decided to write fiction. Provost wrote 4 books in 18 months.
