Keeping with the strong trend for saturated primary colors this runway season, Shear Fashion Salon Makeup Artist Rochelle Dingman created an eye-catching, bright lip Paired with a neutral eye shadow palette and a pop of gold shimmer on the mobile lid. The skin was kept really natural.
