The travel retailer will be using the CMS as a content integration platform for the re-launch of its corporate and duty free websites. The primary focus here is on creating efficient editing processes for the administrators and editors in marketing, communication and HR in order to quickly provide attractive content and interaction options for the web users, thereby increasing online engagement. With its separation of content, structure and layout, FirstSpirit will create additional efficiency gains. Thus, once content has been created – even in multiple languages – it can be reused in various projects, layouts and publication channels, and it can also be adapted to local conditions within the central corporate design.
