ISG announce their continuing partnership with the Shared Services & Outsourcing Network and their prominent involvement at SSOWeek North America 2013.

The event will be held in Orlando, Florida at the Hilton Orlando from March 4th to the 7th, 2013, hosted by SSONetwork.
SSOWeek US is a knowledge-share platform that promotes networking between shared services and outsourcing professionals through workshops, case studies, interactive panel discussions, benchmarking best practices and lessons learned. In 2012, 850 shared services and outsourcing executives from the US, Canada and South America joined 61 sponsors and exhibitors for the 4-day event.
ISG will be leading a pre-conference Workshop entitled “Increase the Fuel Efficiency of Your Shared Services Hybrid Model.” It aims to demonstrate how to consolidate and streamline processes for higher maximum productivity gains. This workshop occurs on Day One, March 4 at 2:45.
Stephen Kopp, Partner at ISG will also be moderating a live debate between industry experts focusing on the impact Cloud is having on Business Process Outsourcing now and in the future. This topical debate will be on Day Two, March 5 at 12:20.
