Innovation Direct™ Inventor Files for Provisional Application for Patent on Jefferson Charger Invention
Miami, FL, December 08, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Innovation Direct™, a leader in the invention assistance field since 1997, recently facilitated the process of the filing of a provisional application for a patent for Pennsylvania resident and inventor Gladys Easley on her Jefferson Charger invention upon her request. In July 2012, Mrs. Easley opted to contract Innovation Direct™ to represent the Jefferson Charger to potential licensees for a 2 year period under the terms of the Product Management Services Agreement. The terms of the agreement also included Innovation Direct™ referring Mrs. Easley to an independent patent law firm for the filing of a provisional application for a patent on the Jefferson Charger. The application was officially filed on August 28, 2012 and is valid for the term of one year. Prior to its expiration, Mrs. Easley will have to decide whether or not to opt to have the independent patent law firm convert the application to a non-provisional version.
