Lakeview Consultants Participate in Their 2nd Annual "Making Strides Against Breast Cancer" Walk

Mahopac, NY, December 08, 2012 --(PR.com)-- The employees and management team at Lakeview Consultants participated in the 2012 Making Strides Hudson Valley, NY at the Woodbury Commons Premium Outlets, on Sunday, October 21st, 2012 – this is the 2nd annual participation by Lakeview Consultants and its employees. This is a unique and special walk which supports helping people get well, stay well, find a cure, and fight back against breast cancer. This event, held annually is more than just a walk. It is an opportunity to describe the progress which is being made through support of individuals, teams and volunteers.

Team Leaders of Lakeview Consultants' wanted to help Making Strides, decided to make a difference in the lives of others by registering the team to participate in the annual walk to support those 2.5 million who survived breast cancer and those who are still battling.

The team not only showed support by participating in the walk at Woodbury Commons, but also through donations which exceeded $1000 in contributions. Lakeview Consultants was one of the top contributors of this walk, with the likes of companies like Chevrolet, Orange County Community College, Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union, St. Luke’s Hospital, Sony and the United States Postal Service. “We are extremely honored to be able to help and contribute at the same level of these great companies, governmental operations and educational facilities,” said Jamie Vega – HR director at Lakeview Consultants.
