Real Estate Brokers Brett & Scott Furman Attend Triple Play Real Estate Convention in Atlantic City, NJ.
St. Davids, PA, December 12, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Real Estate Brokers and brothers, Brett & Scott Furman attended the Triple Play Convention for Realtors at the Atlantic City Convention Center. Triple Play is presented by the New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania Associations of Realtors. The convention had professional development courses presented by nationally recognized speakers and networking opportunities with colleagues from across the tri-state area and beyond to help obtain buyers for their local listings. "I already received two referrals for buyers that are looking to purchase homes in our area," Brett Furman confided.
The Furmans participated in educational sessions, attended seminars with top national industry speakers and trainers, discovered the latest trends, networked with their peers and explored the latest products and service innovations at trade show booths. "I met several service providers at the trade show booths that will expand my concierge system to help my sellers," stated Scott Furman.
The brothers also delivered non-perishable food items to the Atlantic City Rescue Mission to help those in need this holiday season and throughout the rebuilding process. The Mission has been serving those who are homeless and/or in need since 1964. In 2011, the Mission provided services to approximately 2,737 men, women and children, totaling about 218,333 meals served in the dining hall. The Mission also served over 212,000 meals in food baskets.
After touring the damage around the island with several local New Jersey Real Estate agents Scott & Brett stopped to visit with the Private Sector Division of FEMA. The division is responsible for national preparedness, protection, response, recovery, and mitigation of all hazards. This division cultivates public-private collaboration and networking in support of the various roles the private sector plays in emergency management, including: impacted organization, response resource, partner in preparedness, and component of the economy.
