Airhart Sells Out First Two Phases, Prepares to Start Construction of Third Phase at Courthouse Square

Wheaton, IL, December 09, 2012 --(PR.com)-- With the first two phases sold out, Airhart Construction has announced the opening of sales in Phase III at Courthouse Square rowhomes in downtown Wheaton.

“We are selling and building; the demand is certainly there. Two homes are already sold in phase III,” said Court Airhart, president of Airhart Construction. “Our building permits are in and we will be delivering homes in 2013.”

One relocated their kitchen by moving it to the center from the back of their home,” she said.
