Shodeen Breaks Ground on Dodson Square Townhomes, Construction Begins on New Downtown Geneva Property
Geneva, IL, December 12, 2012 --(PR.com)-- The city of Geneva has issued building permits and construction is underway at Dodson Square Townhomes, a five-unit community of upscale townhomes to be located at the southeast corner of South and Second Streets in downtown Geneva.
According to Craig Shodeen, President of Shodeen Residential, two of the five townhomes have already been sold.
“The project plan and moving forward speaks specifically to our desire for more housing downtown,” said Kevin R. As planned, Dodson Square townhomes average between 1,900 and 2,000 square feet and feature three-level designs each with three bedrooms upstairs, two-and-a-half baths, an attached two-car garage and are priced from $399,999.
