100 Public Sector Fleets Subscribe to DEF Tracker Pricing Index
Chicago, IL, December 14, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Integer Research has confirmed that over 100 public sector fleets have registered for their Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) price tracking index, DEF Tracker, following a nationwide campaign.
Public sector subscribers include government, state and municipal fleets. DEF Tracker has welcomed subscribers from a number of U.S. states, including New York, Florida, Texas and California, and Québec and Ontario, in Canada.
This is welcomed news for the DEF industry, as distributors push for a move away from long-term guaranteed contract prices and the use of urea price indexes, towards a more market related structure which takes into account fluctuating freight and supply costs.
