MARR Introduces Business Development Team
New department will support growth and establish relationships in the community.
Atlanta, GA, December 14, 2012 --(PR.com)-- MARR, a drug and alcohol treatment center that specializes in gender-specific programs and therapeutic community, has appointed a Business Development team to manage its continued growth, as well as develop and maintain relationships. The new department will merge marketing, admissions, social media, website content, and community and alumni relations to ensure effective teamwork and communication within the organization.
“We are pleased to announce this exciting new approach in the way we share the message of recovery,” said Guerry Dyes, CEO of MARR. “The Business Development team will carry out the important task of expanding MARR’s outreach, enhancing our branding, and building and solidifying our relationships in the treatment community and beyond.”
Bill Anderson, formerly director of admissions, has accepted the position of director of business development; Lisa Scott will shift from director of fund development to chief marketing officer; and Alison Broderick will join the team as communications manager. Bill, Lisa and Alison will not only bring their knowledge and experience to the team, but also their passion for, and commitment to, helping clients overcome addiction.
“The foundation of MARR has remained intact for nearly 40 years,” said Dyes. “We are confident that the Business Development team will enhance our ability to achieve MARR’s mission: to bring lasting recovery to those suffering from the disease of addiction.”
