Koontz & Associates Law Firm Celebrates One-Year Anniversary

Sarasota, FL, December 15, 2012 --(PR.com)-- December marks the one-year anniversary of Koontz & Associates, PL, a Sarasota, Florida-based law firm focusing on residential and commercial real estate transactions, federal and state tax law, and business law, among other areas of practice.

An Ohio native, Koontz received her bachelor’s in Business Administration and her law degree from Ohio Northern University. Because of her dual certification as an Attorney and CPA, she is a sought-after speaker on the tax implications of short sales, foreclosures and other legal transactions.
