Online Boutique Carries Specialty Body & Hair Care Products

Chattanooga, TN, December 19, 2012 --(PR.com)-- A new online store, Egosalonsandstudio.com, will feature hard-to-find hair and body care products and is set to open in January of 2013. The idea behind the store is to give people a better selection of personal care products than is available in chain stores.

Owner Chanté Newcomb formerly operated a hair salon called Ego Salon and Studio. The online boutique, Egosalonandstudio.com bears the same name, but is a vastly different business. Instead of cutting hair, Ms. Newcomb will be helping customers find products they will love using, and manufacturers find customers.

Egosalonandstudio.com will carry environmentally friendly products, many made by independent business owners. “There are lots of people who crave a little glamour in their day-to-day lives,” says owner Chanté Newcomb. “With a store like Egosalonandstudio.com, affordable products make daily glamour a possibility!”

Besides giving shoppers an easy way to find hand-crafted, luxury products at affordable prices, the online boutique also offers manufacturers an outlet to find more customers. “We love working with independent business owners with great products who need more exposure,” Ms. Newcomb says.

Egosalonandstudio.com also features the “Glamour Blog” which provides tips from professionals, product reviews, interviews and more. The idea behind the blog is to answer questions customers might have, and to give honest reviews of products so that people can make informed purchasing decisions.

Ms. Newcomb is still seeking vendors who would be interested in having products featured in the online specialty store, and plans to expand the selection available in the store to include small gifts, cosmetics, soaps, and lotions, as well as hair care products throughout the upcoming year.
