Raleigh, NC, July 23, 2007 --(PR.com)-- David Finch, president and CEO of ATCOM Business Telecom Solutions, a communications solutions provider, has announced that William Kelly has joined the firm as senior application consultant. In this position, Kelly will be responsible for new acquisition and increasing awareness of the company to bring in new communication customers. Kelly has over 17 years of industry experience, and worked as a sales manager, regional manager and managed several interconnects prior to joining ATCOM. He obtained a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from North Carolina State University. A native of Wilmington, N.C., Kelly resides in Cary.
