Mr. Lesinski is a partner in the San Francisco and Los Angeles offices and is national Co-Chair of the firm’s Securities and Financial Litigation Practice Group. He heads up the firm’s securities litigation practice in California. He represents public and private corporations, accounting firms, financial services firms, private equity firms, lawyers, corporate officers and directors and insurance companies in complex litigation, class actions, shareholders’ derivative suits, qui tam actions, whistleblower complaints, SEC, DOJ and DOL investigations and enforcement actions and internal corporate investigations.

Mr. Lesinski is a graduate of Harvard Law School.
