Suwanee, GA, December 21, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Dale C. Eisenman, CCIM of Midcoast Properties, Inc. facilitated the sale of McGinnis Ferry Self Storage in Suwanee, Georgia to a national REIT. An institutional grade, class A facility, the transaction closed on December 11, 2012.

The property consists of over 71,000 rentable square feet of storage plus a 13,000 sf retail component. It is well located west of I-85 on McGinnis Ferry Road in Gwinnett County with a daily vehicle count of over 31,000. At the time of the sale it enjoyed 80% occupancy of its 593 self storage units.
