Washington, DC, December 22, 2012 --(PR.com)-- "This bill sponsored by House Committee on Veterans Affairs Vice Chairman Gus Bilirakis, H.R. 4057-Improving Transparency of Education Opportunities for Veterans Act of 2012 expands upfront counseling for veterans and establishes a formal student veteran complaint process at the Department of Veterans Affairs."
