Mr. Welch was the Chairman, now retired, of Raytheon Space and Airborne Systems where he ran the Failure Review Board process to resolves all hardware failures. Mr. Welch earned a Bachelor’s degree in Math and Physics from Willamette University and a Master’s degree in Engineering Mechanics/Mathematics from Columbia University-Fu Foundation School of Engineering and Applied Science. Mr. Welch is a member of SOAP-Society of Aerospace Professionals, the Distressed Real Estate Investment Network and Real Estate Investment Strategies. In his free time Mr. Welch enjoys baseball.
