A Few Days Left in Paws on Your Heart's 2012 Holiday Cat Photo Contest

Saskatoon, Canada, December 23, 2012 --(PR.com)-- A few days still remain for entrants to submit their best holiday-themed cat photos to Paws On Your Heart for their 2012 Holiday Cat Photo Contest. The Saskatoon cat rescue group is trying to raise awareness about their sanctuary, and to ask people to keep stray, feral and otherwise homeless cats in mind this holiday season. Cats and kittens need extra shelter and food during the winter months to help them stay warm, so consider setting up a small shelter, laying out blankets, and leaving food and water for a nearby cat in need.

The photo contest will be open until December 27, 2012, and online voting will take place from December 28, 2012 to January 10, 2013. Entrants must send a digital photo (or multiple photos) to the sanctuary's e-mail address (listed on their site) and will in turn receive a free cat e-book and other free information including sanctuary updates and cat facts. The contest winner will be announced on January 11, 2011, and will be featured on the sanctuary's social media pages and website for the month of January.
