Pittsburgh’s Henderson Brothers, Inc., Hires George Heigel and Amanda Hohenberger
George Heigel joins employee benefits division while Amanda Hohenberger returns to firm in small business division.
Pittsburgh, PA, December 30, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Henderson Brothers, Inc., has hired George Heigel and Amanda Hohenberger. Heigel joins the firm’s employee benefits division as a financial analyst and Hohenberger joins as an account analyst in the firm’s small business unit. Henderson Brothers, based in Pittsburgh, is one of Western Pennsylvania’s largest providers of insurance, risk management and employee benefits advisory services.
Heigel is responsible for financial projections and analyses for the employee benefits of Henderson’s mid- to large- market strategic clients. Prior to joining Henderson Brothers, he worked for two years at American Benefits Consulting in New York City as a benefits analyst, and is working towards the highly regarded professional designation of Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS). A native of DuBois, Pa., George graduated from Penn State University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Actuarial Science and is also a graduate of DuBois Central Catholic High School.
Amanda Hohenberger re-joins Henderson Brothers after working for a year as a sales and marketing assistant at Health America. She was originally hired by the firm in January 2011 as a customer service representative and returns as an account analyst in Henderson Brother’s small business division. She works exclusively with small business clients to maintain and monitor the performance of their healthcare and general employee benefit plans, recommending changes as business needs or markets shift. Amanda graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration. Born in Natrona Heights, Pa., she is also a graduate of Burrell High School.
