Phoenix, AZ, January 05, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Year in Review 2012: Arizona Team
The Arizona Team takes a moment to review the 2012 year as they move in to a much bigger year set for 2013. Year in Review 2012 curates the very best of The Arizona Team from the past year -- they've sifted, sorted and collated their biggest moments and greatest accomplishments.
As in 2011, The Arizona Team has once again been a strong leader in community involvement for the 2012 year. In addition, they have exceeded goals set by their clients in the marketing and sales industry.
The Arizona Team was named as a top company for their clients in 2012 for their marketing and sales channel. These created expansion opportunities throughout the Greater Phoenix area and Southwest region of the United States.
The Arizona Team began their 2012 journey with a 200% growth in staff and plenty of promotions by mid January. In addition, Arizona Team jumped right into the philanthropic scene by fund raising money and committing to the Pat's Run in support of the Pat Tillman Foundation. They also graciously donated their time to work with the Phoenix Children’s Hospital.
By quarter two, the Arizona Team was off on the right foot. With executive promotions and charitable events under their belt and underway, they planned many outings for their employees. The Phoenix Open, NCAA Sweet 16 Basketball Game, Baseball Spring Training games, Suns games and Rattlers games were among some of the outings that took place. In addition, a charity Golf Tournament benefiting Children First Academy of Phoenix was held.
The Arizona Team strongly believes in the spirit of healthy competition. The company culture rewards those who are performing at exceptional levels. March Madness provided a unique idea for a competition. It marked one of their biggest competitions held all year and the winner was handsomely rewarded.
Just before jumping into the third quarter, the Arizona Team threw a large Luncheon for all employees. The Arizona Team wanted to take a second to celebrate the accomplishments since taking on the Phoenix market in June 2011. With lunch catered in and celebratory balloons in place, the President of Arizona Team spoke to the staff to recognize all of their accomplishments and hard work throughout the year. Needless to say the staff was very excited to finish off the second half of 2012 strong.
During the second half of 2012, the Arizona Team really put its effort into helping out those in need. With many corn hole tournaments and fundraising events to help out an international organization, they partnered up with the Arizona State Cheerleading squad to make this support and awareness that much bigger. In addition, the Arizona Team took to the courts at Chaparral Park in Scottsdale to raise money, support and awareness for Make-A-Wish Foundation of Phoenix. With the help of their staff and the community, the Arizona Team was able to help make a wish come true for a child in need. Lastly, The Arizona Team looks forward, every year, to adopting a family through the Salvation Army. To end 2012, they were excited to shop and provide presents for a family who remains anonymous in the Greater Phoenix area.
With all of these efforts in place, the Arizona Team can say with confidence that they are excited for 2013. With bigger goals to expand and higher demands for community involvement they are sure to make 2013 their best year yet.
