State Represenatative Weiers was the presenting official who stated "Mr. Ramlogan is presented this Certificate for Outstanding Achievement Recognition and a Challenge Coin for his leadership, hard work, determination, services and dedication to our Active Duty Members, Reserves, National Guard, Veterans and their Families throughout the State of Arizona."
