BBC, Inc. Donated Thanksgiving Food Items for Two Local Families
BBC, Inc. created a healthy office competition with the goal to gather Thanksgiving food items to donate to local families in need.
Woburn, MA, January 09, 2013 --(PR.com)-- For the month of November 2012, Boston Business Concepts, a Massachusetts based sales and marketing company, gathered Thanksgiving themed food items to donate to local families. BBC's long standing relationship with the Boys and Girls Club of Woburn, a non-profit organization, allowed them to connect BBC with local families in need.
BBC, Inc. organized a competition between two of its office teams to see which could bring in the most Thanksgiving themed food items. Each employee was strongly encouraged to participate and as the end of the month neared, BBC had collected enough food for two local families of Woburn. The items collected ranged from canned or boxed non-perishable food to local grocery store gift cards for purchase of perishable items. With BBC’s gracious donations these families were able to enjoy a plentiful and hearty Thanksgiving meal.
