Another Record Year of Growth for TRANSFLO Scanning Services, New Agreements Grow by 20% in 2012
Tampa, FL, January 10, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Pegasus TransTech announced it signed a record number of new fleet and brokerage customers for TRANSFLO scanning services in 2012. Those products include TRANSFLO Express® truck stop scanning, TRANSFLO Now! anywhere scanning, TRANSFLO Mobile, and TRANSFLO $Velocity.
The rate of new customer signups is up 20% over those in 2011 and set a record for the sixth year in a row, the company reported. Fleets signing up for TRANSFLO scanning solutions included Con-way Truckload, AAA Cooper, and Fikes Truck Line, among hundreds of others. Dozens of freight brokers implemented the TRANSFLO $Velocity solution including Access America, TTS LLC, and BNSF Logistics.
Pegasus TransTech introduced two new document and workflow management products last year. TRANSFLO 2012 R2 is a forward-looking update of the company's flagship back-office solution. TRANSFLO DMS is a secure, cloud-based document management solution that is scalable to any size carrier. Both versions of TRANSFLO provide remarkably efficient, paperless back office productivity.

TRANSFLO Express is available at all Pilot, Flying J, and Love’s truck stops. TRANSFLO Express is available in every U.S. state and every Canadian province.
“TRANSFLO scanning solutions are the most popular and practical way for fleets to get documents in quickly to bill promptly and speed cash flow,” Helms said, “and we have developed new technologies that drivers can use from virtually anywhere. They can send PODs using their smart phone, for example, as soon as they have been signed."
Specifically, those technologies include TRANSFLO Now! in-cab anywhere scanning and TRANSFLO Mobile.
Using TRANSFLO Now! with a computer and scanner, a driver can send documents from anywhere, including the truck cab as soon as a delivery is made. It can also be scanned from home or at a terminal. TRANSFLO Mobile enables a driver or carrier to send documents using only an iPhone or Android smart phone.
According to Helms, adoption of both technologies increased dramatically in 2012.
