Innovation Direct™ Inventor Now in Patent Pending Stage with Nadine's Unique Wall Designs Invention

Miami, FL, January 11, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Innovation Direct™, a leader in the invention assistance field since 1997, recently facilitated the process of the filing of a provisional application for a patent for Michigan resident and inventor Nadine Meade on her Nadine's Unique Wall Designs invention upon her request. Ms. Meade initially submitted information about Nadine's Unique Wall Designs to Innovation Direct™ in August 2012 on the company’s Confidential Product Outline. Shortly thereafter, a Product Management Services Agreement proposal that is intended to provide Nadine's Unique Wall Designs with the optimal level of exposure to potential licensees through a variety of promotional and descriptive materials, including press releases, a digital rendition, an online product profile, an interactive virtual reality presentation, and participation in multiple and diverse industry-leading trade shows each year, was presented to Ms. Meade. Exhibits that Innovation Direct™ has attended in recent years include the SHOT Show, the International Home and Housewares Show, the National Hardware Show, Licensing International, the SEMA and AAPEX Shows and the ERA D2C Convention.

In September 2012, Ms. Meade opted to contract Innovation Direct™ to represent Nadine's Unique Wall Designs to potential licensees for a 2 year period under the terms of the Product Management Services Agreement. The terms of the agreement also included Innovation Direct™ referring Ms. Meade to an independent patent law firm for the filing of a provisional application for a patent on Nadine's Unique Wall Designs. The application was officially filed on November 2, 2012 and is valid for the term of one year. Prior to its expiration, Ms. Meade will have to decide whether or not to opt to have the independent patent law firm convert the application to a non-provisional version.
