Nonprofits Get Meaningful Data with New Reports, BI in Clearview CRM Fundraising Software

Amherst, NY, January 13, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Nonprofit organizations can more easily get the data they need to make decisions, discover trends and track success with four new reports joining fundraising software ClearView CRM’s nearly 100 reports and business intelligence tools. All the reports feature interactive elements that let fundraisers analyze data in more depth.

· Active Donor Summary—Geographic Drill Down features a map of the United States that provides the number of donors and amount donated per state when users hover over a state.
· Donor Summary—Geographic Detail provides a list of active donors by state, with details on amounts, zip codes, etc. Clicking on a name navigates immediately to a detailed individual donor record.
· Gift Performance by Solicitor Summary gives month-to-month and year-to-year totals, including averages, number of gifts and totals, for a selected fundraiser. A “drill-down” capability in this report provides a list of each fundraiser’s individual gifts, including amounts, fund allocation, dates and type of gift (pledge, cash, credit card, etc.).
· My Opportunity Pipeline Analysis charts the number and projected value of gifts in various stages of development (e.g., validated, cultivating, stewarding), along with details on each opportunity in an attached report.
