Mullin Law Names New Shareholder Maral Kilejian

Dallas, TX, January 12, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Mullin Law, P.C., a premier commercial law practice with an emphasis on franchise law, announced that Maral Kilejian has been named a shareholder in the firm, effective January 1, 2013.

Maral joined Mullin Law in 2008, and now heads up the firm’s franchise regulatory practice. She focuses her practice on franchising, IP protection and licensing, and advertising law.

Maral earned her law degree from the University of Houston Law Center. She holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Houston Bauer School of Business, and completed her undergraduate degree in political science and art history at Texas Tech University. Maral is a member of the American Bar Association and serves as Past Chair of the Franchise and Distribution Law Section of the Dallas Bar Association. She is a member of the Texas bar.
