Pilates 4 Women Only Has Teamed Up with Moms in Motion to Offer Race Training 4 Women in San Diego
Moms In Motion – Mission Valley is the newest team in San Diego to join the Moms In Motion franchise. Moms In Motion – Mission Valley is a training team that prepares women to successfully complete their first 5k, mud run or half marathon.

Moms In Motion™ was founded on the concept that fitness is one of the most powerful ways to change lives, and when moms take care of themselves first, they are at their best in all that they do. Moms In Motion – Mission Valley is a training team that equips women with professional coaching and structured weekly training programs to support and prepare them to successfully complete their first 5k, mud run or half marathon.

Moms In Motion – Mission Valley features a new race training opportunity every quarter. The Mission Valley team is gearing up for its next featured race: “The Hot Chocolate 5k – America’s Sweetest Race,” March 24, 2013. The featured charity is the Ronald McDonald House Charities, San Diego. “We’re delighted to be running 4 chocolate and a great cause,” said Moms In Motion – Mission Valley’s spokeswomen, Danielle Scott.
Moms In Motion – Mission Valley will host a Registration/Meet & Greet for the 8-week training series this Saturday, January 19th at 9am at Pilates 4 Women Only, 3930 Utah St., Suite D, San Diego, 92104, in North Park. All San Diego women are invited to attend. “If women are unable to attend the Meet and Greet but want to register for the 8-week training series, which starts the following Saturday, January 26th, they can do so via the Pilates 4 Women Only website,” said, Michele Schlanbusch.
The first training day is Saturday, January 26, 2013 at 7:00 am, meeting location: Pilates 4 Women Only, 3930 Utah St., Suite D, San Diego, Ca 92104. The cost of the 8-week training series is $170 and includes: two training days a week (one weekend morning and one training morning or evening during the week) for a total of 8 weeks. Registrants will have access to a variety of member only sites, forums and clinics. As members, women can download the weekly training plan; interact with teammates on the team discussion board; attend active social meet-ups and discounted Moms In Motion clinics on a variety of topics that range from race nutrition to injury prevention, hosted by Pilates 4 Women Only.
