Harrisburg, PA, February 01, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Local Author to Sign Books in Camp Hill
Local author, Tara Eisenhard, will autograph copies of her debut novel, The D-Word: Divorce Through a Child’s Eyes at Barnes and Noble Booksellers in the Camp Hill Shopping Center on February 9, from 11 a.m.-1 p.m.
The D-Word tells the story of a divorce from the perspective of a twelve-year-old girl, caught between her feuding parents. Through the story, Eisenhard aims to provide divorcing parents with useful insight into the ways adult actions shape reality for children of divorce. By using real-life examples, the book illuminates a variety of issues and introduces alternative solutions.
In a recent review, divorce mediator David Zoll stated, “Divorcing parents and their families should read this so that they have a perspective on what it means when someone says, or thinks to themselves, ‘think of the kid(s)’.” He went on to say, “Divorce and parenting plan mediators … should read this to be reminded of the value of child-focused mediations.”
Copies of The D-Word: Divorce Through a Child’s Eyes will be available for sale at the event. The book can also be purchased online in paperback, hardcover and eBook format.
