Long Term Care Insurance Association Launches Electronic Brochure Line
A new line of electronic brochures focused on long term care planning and long term care insurance has been launched by the American Association for Long-Term Care Insurance director.
Los Angeles, CA, January 17, 2013 --(PR.com)-- A series of consumer and professionally-oriented electronic brochures focused on long term care planning and long term care insurance has been introduced formally by the industry trade group.
"For the past 15 years, we have distributed several million print guides teaching consumers and professionals about long term care insurance planning," declares Jesse Slome, executive director of the American Association for Long-Term Care Insurance, the national trade group. "But the need for electronic versions has never been greater and so we are pleased to formally introduce a new line of marketing and sales tools that will be perfect for email attachments and posting on websites."
Slome has authored numerous consumer guides including the Woman's Guide To Long-Term Care Insurance Protection and the Consumer's Guide To Long Term Care Insurance. He notes that versions of the electronic guides were being tested by Association members and that the line is now ready for full expansion. For 2013, the organization's most popular brochure, A Guide To Tax-Qualified Long-Term Care Insurance Protection, will also be available in electronic format. Some two million copies of this guide alone have been distributed according to Slome.
Consumers seeking information on long-term care insurance are going online in record numbers according to Slome. "Email communication is fast and affordable," Slome notes. "And, in light of the new postal rate increases coming, more people are looking for information they can attach to an email versus having to pay for postage."
The Association plans to offer 10 guides in electronic format. "One of the things that makes this so attractive to our members is the ability to have their photograph and contact information included as part of the guide," Slome adds, "that would have been cost prohibitive with print but can be very affordable with an electronic format."
Established in 1998, the Los Angeles, CA-based American Association for Long-Term Care Insurance is the national association serving insurance and financial professionals who provide long-term care financing solutions. Electronic brochures in personalized format are a benefit of membership in the organization.
