OfficeWatch Telemanagements Chosen to Compliment Fonality Phone System
OfficeWatch Telemanagement was chosen by Williamsburg County Government in South Carolina to provide call tracking and reporting to compliment their Fonality PBX system.

“They wanted the ability to do call tracking and 911 alerts, toll charges, international blocks and some more advanced features. Long term, the county was hoping to charge back different departments for phone usage,” explained Kendzierski, who suggested a Fonality VoIP System to reduce their long distance call charges.
