Mr. Connelly, of counsel with the firm, specializes in community association law. A long-standing member of the Community Associations Institute, his areas of expertise include Community Association Law, Collections, Covenants Enforcement Litigation and Condominium Development & Registration. Previously, Mr. Connelly practiced law from his offices in Concord, NH, for 23 years.

His practice focuses on civil litigation. Prior to entering the legal profession, Mr. Howard taught for six years in the Manchester School District.
