The feature allows defining Calendar for specifying working days and holidays in terms of absolute working and non-working days, and periodic working and non-working days and timings for different working shifts that are taken into consideration while calculating processing times, turn-around times, setting expiries etc. The Workdesk has also been enhanced to provide a better user interface.
