Imperial Properties Establishes Global Presence with Membership to FIABCI
Property management and CEO join international real estate federation.
Winnipeg, Canada, January 24, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Adrian Schulz, the President and CEO of Imperial Properties Corp., has become a member of FIABCI, the International Real Estate Federation.
The organization is made up of more than 100 real estate associations around the world. Imperial Properties Corp. is a comprehensive condominium and commercial property management and leasing company, and one of just two members of FIABCI in all of Manitoba.
“As our company has continued to see high levels of growth in the real estate services sector, we felt that it was important to form an association with an international real estate organization,” said Schulz. “This membership with FIABCI will help us further develop our skills, knowledge and experience beyond what we can learn from our local markets. As a result, we remain locally owned, but are now globally connected.”
As part of Imperial Properties’ membership, Schulz will attend the FIABCI 64th World Congress in Taichung, Taiwan. The event will focus on innovations in sustainable development, with a particular emphasis on how Asian urban planners are incorporating sustainability into densely populated areas. The FIABCI World Congress, held annually, allows different professionals in the industry to share their experiences and knowledge base.
FIABCI serves as a global business club for real estate professionals, representing a wide range of disciplines. Its members include organizations the fields of brokerage, property management, appraisals, development, insurance, architecture and urban planning. Imperial Properties’ membership was officially issued in Paris by FIABCI French Secretary General Patricia Delaney. FIABCI has a presence in 60 countries, with the Canadian chapter represented by Jerry England of Ontario.
“We are joining a very prestigious organization that will help us continue to expand the services we offer to our clients,” said Schulz. “Our team is very excited to take part in the World Congress this year, and we look forward to learning more about how we can fully explore the possibilities when it comes to sustainability in condominium and commercial property management.”
Imperial Properties serves condominium homeowners, board members, developers, realtors and service providers through an integrated operation that is dramatically better than current industry standards. Its commercial services cover the management of property and common area expenses, preparation of monthly financial statements, special lease terms and comprehensive redevelopment services.
