London, United Kingdom, January 25, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Strand of Silk is proud to announce the launch of the New Age Bridal collection by Indian Fashion Designer Narendra Kumar. His collection of Indian bridal dresses includes Bridal Sarees, Bridal Lehengas and other styles of Indian wedding clothes.
The collection is influenced by the classical ballet traditions and is inspired by compositions representative of Romanticism in Russian classical music. The aesthetic is romantic and classic with a youthful, modern twist. The fabrics are rich and include silks, velvets, georgettes, soft satins and rich organza. The styling is contemporary and features voluminous Lehengas, embellished Sarees and opulent ball gowns. The detailing is inspired by traditional Indian crafts and includes appliqué embroidery, quilting, colour blocking, layering and panelling.
The Narendra Kumar bride is a globetrotting woman who exudes sophistication and confidence. She has an individual sense of style and understands couture quality. She desires to be chic and elegant, traditional yet stylishly modern. She wants to have fun and dance at her wedding.
