TOCICO Signs Affiliation Agreement with MINDS

Aberdeen, WA, January 24, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Theory of Constraints International Certification Organization (TOCICO) - USA entered into an agreement with Mother`s Island Nurturing Defined Studies Pvt.Ltd. (MINDS) based out of New Delhi, India, for promoting the TOC concept and TOC based learning for masses in Asia Pacific and Mexico regions at primary, secondary and higher education levels.

This affiliation shall unleash a new era in the area of TOC concepts and TOC way of learning in Asia and Mexico regions. MINDS will use TOC principles and TOC philosophy and apply the same in imparting primary, secondary and higher education to students.
