Bedell & Forman LLP Opens Criminal Defense Practice

New York, NY, December 08, 2005 --(PR.com)-- Bedell & Forman LLP is pleased to announce that the firm has added a new criminal defense practice headed by Molly J. Gallivan.  Ms. Gallivan joins Bedell & Forman llp after having worked as an attorney for the Legal Aid Society, Criminal Defense Division, in Brooklyn, New York.  During her tenure with the Legal Aid Society, Ms. Gallivan handled both misdemeanor and felony cases from arraignment thought trial.  She has defended clients against a variety of charges, including DWI, assault, drug possession and sale, domestic violence, grand larceny, robbery, weapon possession, and attempted murder.

Since joining the firm, Ms. Gallivan has been off to a fast start.  She has successfully resolved a domestic violence matter and is aggressively defending clients accused of assault and DWI, among other charges.
