The survey was conducted by an independent research firm with extensive experience working with multi-national CROs and revealed that overall client satisfaction with the company’s services is at an all time high. The clients were asked to evaluate the effectiveness of Pharm-Olam’s service and staff and measured how the company met its clients’ expectations.
One of the key factors that attributed to the success of the survey is the degree of participation from the clients. “When 74% of all customers volunteer to participate, you are seeing POI’s partnership approach to business in action. Naturally we're very pleased with the positive feedback from our customers, but as we constantly strive to provide superior service it is very important to know where you can improve,” said Madeline Ducate, VP of Global Services. “Client satisfaction is extremely important to us because over 70% of our customers are repeat business, and over 50% of our new accounts were from referrals.”
