Rocky Top Hospitality Restaurants Create Memorable Menu for Valentine’s Day Celebration on Feb. 14.
Raleigh, NC, February 01, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Dean Ogan, owner of Rocky Top Hospitality (http://www.rockytophospitality.com), has announced that Dean’s Seafood Grill & Bar (http://www.deansseafoodgrill.com/) and Twisted Fork (http://www.thetwistedfork.com/) will offer special Valentine’s Day menus on Thursday, Feb. 14. Rocky Top Hospitality’s newly launched restaurant, Dean’s Seafood Grill & Bar, focuses on bringing a fresh and unique seaside dining experience to guests. The restaurant’s Valentine’s Day dinner will showcase a variety of seafood selections including Asian tuna tartar, pan seared trigger fish, shrimp-and-tasso stuffed flounder, and a vanilla bean crème brulee. The dinner will be $75 per couple, but dishes may also be ordered a la carte. The Twisted Fork will highlight a range of romantically-inspired dishes including crab- and asparagus-stuffed wontons, brown-sugar-bacon-wrapped filet and scallops, lobster ravioli and red velvet cheesecake. The Valentine’s Day dinner at Twisted Fork will be $75 per couple, but may also be ordered a la carte.
