Landmark Office Building in the Slovak Capital Now 75% Leased

Bratislava, Slovakia, August 01, 2007 --(PR.com)-- The landmark office building in the Slovak capital of Bratislava, Pressburg Trade Center, is now 75% leased out. That’s according to the co-exclusive leasing agent Colliers International Slovakia.

Pressburg Trade Center features 12,000 m² of office space on nine floors, 950 m² of retail premises, 1,200 m² of terrace space and 120 parking lots. It has been constructed to the highest international standards.
