Clouds Rest Vineyards, in Petaluma, Welcomes Ilse Chun to Oversee Its Retail Sales Division

Petaluma, CA, February 01, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Ilse started in the restaurant industry and that was her path to the world of wine. After being mentored by several wine enthusiasts in her youth, she began her career working for wine distributors in Kentucky and California, and eventually working in retail wine sales in Napa. After her first taste of Cloud's Rest Pinot Noir, she was hooked, and came to see John Saemann, Vintner and Scott Schuette, General Manager of Clouds Rest in person. There was an immediate connection and a love of pure Pinot Noir that cemented their friendship and professional realtionship that has lead to this new chapter. Ilse is currently working toward her Certification with the Court of Master Sommeliers, and after catching the cheese bug while studying under a Master Fromager in Los Angeles also teaches cheese classes in her free time.
