Wright brings more than a dozen years of real estate experience to eXp and, after months of research into the company, was won over by its revenue share program. “I am at the point in my career,” says Wright, “where I want to divert my attention and energy a bit, spend some time with a hobby or two and not work so hard. eXp’s revenue share program will allow me to do just that as I start to recruit new agents.”
