Louisville, KY, February 06, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Jan Hurst of Louisville Calligraphy and Art recently traveled from Louisville, KY to Nashville TN to attend two calligraphy workshops sponsored by Paper and Ink Arts. Hurst believes that there is always more to learn, and attends workshops when she can. A teacher herself, Hurst appreciates learning nuances of her art from those most equipped to teach them. Last weekend she attended two workshops taught by Kathy Milici, renowned for her flourishing techniques and art business knowledge. Last November's class with master penman Michael Sull taught the traditional technique for flourishing names, and last weekend's class taught a more modern technique.
Hurst says, "I continue to study from the best so I can continue to improve, even after all these years. I want to be able to offer my clients the highest quality work for their weddings and events. Your special occasions deserve the best I can provide."
