Oppolis Launch New Responsive Website
Developers of cross-media software, Oppolis, have launched a responsive website, to cater for their growing tablet and mobile users.
Wolverhampton, United Kingdom, February 06, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Cross-media publishing software developers Oppolis have recently launched an updated website, which includes a refreshed design and a new responsive layout.
Oppolis develop software for the print and digital publishing industries, working with publishers such as John Brown, Cedar, EMAP, Seven, Result and Haymarket.
The new website: http://www.oppolis.com introduces simpler navigation throughout, which includes ‘site links’ within the footer that provide direct access to all major pages. A cleaner more contemporary design has also been introduced, alongside the responsive layout.
This responsive design ensures the most appropriately sized layout is displayed to all visitors, regardless of the device they are using. Visitors can access the new site via a desktop, tablet or mobile browser, without any loss in the user experience. One of the many benefits of this type of design is that it eliminates the need for users to ‘pinch & zoom’ when reading content on smaller devices.
“Over the past six months we’ve noticed a large increase in visitors using tablets or mobiles to access our website,” said Marketing Manager Steve Campbell. “To cater for these users our in-house team have developed a new website, which uses the Foundation framework as a starting block. As the site required a complete rebuild to implement these changes, we took the opportunity to update the content and overall style of the site at the same time. Users can now look forward to a much better experience when visiting the Oppolis website.
“We’ve also introduced several new pages including ‘Testimonials’ and ‘Client Publications’ which showcases some of the people we work with and the great content they are creating with our GoPublish software.”
Oppolis are developers of GoPublish, the only software solution on the market that allows publishers to create, manage and review print & digital publications - all from a single product.
