About Vincent Samuel

Vincent Samuel is a faculty member at the University of the Virgin Islands School of Business. Mr. Samuel has a 30 year association with the university as a student, a teacher and as an administrator. Mr. Samuel was Vice President for Administration and Finance and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Samuel has a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from the University of the Virgin Islands, an M.B.A. from University of Michigan and a Master’s degree in Mathematics from Adelphi University. Mr. Samuel’s field of expertise is in Accounting, Finance and Statistics. Addressing his decision to return to teaching, Mr. Samuel has stated that his great concern for the young people of the Virgin Islands was a key factor in his decision to try to make a more direct impact on their lives through teaching.
