Scottsdale, AZ, February 06, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Optima ECM Consulting kicks off 2013 by expanding operations to Latin America. Just days before attending and presenting at the SAP Forum “Accelerating Innovation in Mexico” February 6-7, 2013, Optima will open its doors in Monterrey, Mexico.
