Humanity First USA Awarded NVIDIA Foundation’s 2012 High Impact Grant
International humanitarian non-profit organization receives $50,000 for community development project
Baltimore, MD, February 07, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Humanity First USA was awarded NVIDIA Foundation’s 2012 High Impact Grant in July 2012. They were one of four organizations to receive the $50,000 grant out of nearly 100 proposals. The funds will enable Humanity First to refurbish broken-down wells in over 100 impoverished communities in Ghana’s Upper East region, and in turn, transform health, educational and economic opportunities for more than 30,000 individuals.
Through its Water for Life initiative, Humanity First USA has provided clean water to more than 200,000 people in Asia, Africa, and Central America, empowering them to be self-sufficient.
