New York, NY, August 02, 2007 --(PR.com)-- Arbor Books (www.arborbooks.com) attended three exciting days at The BookExpo America (BEA) June 1 through June 3, 2007, as an exhibitor. With thousands of attendees stopping by the booth, Arbor Books had a great first experience at the BEA convention.
BookExpo America is the annual publishing industry's trade show. An estimated 100,000 people attended this year’s event that was held at the Javit's Convention Center in New York City.
Among the people stopping by the Arbor Books booth (# 5255) were publishers, literary agents, Hollywood agents, reviewers, printers, media people, and bookstore owners. Once there, they were able to meet Arbor Book's many clients and authors, as well as review a huge assortment of their books.
“A great deal of the people who stopped by our booth showed a tremendous amount of interest in the process of ghost writing a book”, says Joel Hochman of Arbor Books.
From publishers to store owners, visitors of the booth expressed enthusiastic interest in Arbor Book independent and self-published authors.
“I found that many people I spoke with throughout the Book Expo showed interest in the process of ghostwriting, marketing and/or self-publishing their book,” says Larry Leichman of Arbor Books.
Arbor Books was the only ghostwriting firm that attended the Book Expo.
“We were asked to attend so many times over the years,” says Mr. Hochman. “All of our friends in the industry were there. And we made so many new ones.”
Arbor Books was also one of the few book packagers and marketing companies represented. People flocked to the booth with questions and to share both their successes and failures.
Arbor Books is the only publishing firm catering to independent authors that is 100 percent insured against defamation and plagiarism and is associated with one of the most prestigious publishing law firms in the United States.
Arbor Books authors have seen their books become national bestsellers, have been offered movie deals and have been picked up by major publishing houses.
