AscendoSoft Inc., a leading provider of software and services in the data quality, data privacy, and application automation markets, announced that it has acquired Imagine Document Solutions, LLC a leading provider of document management solutions for small and medium businesses. Acquisition will provide additional value for DigitalDrawer clients and add to AscendoSoft product offerings

With the addition to its product portfolio, AscendoSoft gains wider reach into several vertical markets, while doubling its customer base and enabling additional revenue growth in the future.
Imagine Document Solutions (IDS) is a Birmingham, Alabama-based software company with customers around the US and the Caribbean. IDS offers document imaging solutions that are helping businesses of all sizes realize the benefits of a paperless office. Their flagship product is DigitalDrawer, which is designed to allow businesses to electronically and securely manage all of its records, saving the company thousands of dollars each year.
