Performance Indicator, LLC Technology is Adopted by Major Automaker

Lowell, MA, February 16, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Performance Indicator, LLC (PI) is announcing a five (5) year exclusive business arrangement, valued in excess of $17M, with a major U.S. automaker. This arrangement will field PI’s Externally Powered Photoluminescent Technology throughout all of the automaker’s vehicle platforms beginning in calendar year 2013.

“This bellwether accomplishment further validates the value that PI technology offers to LED-based lighting and instrumentation,” stated Dan Smith, CEO of PI.

In addition to the foundation provisions, under the terms of this business arrangement, PI agrees to exclusive options on three (3) additional PI technologies which would be separately negotiated. PI shall also provide additional technical support services and product sales.
